Federico Montero - Managing Partner
Federico is the Founding Partner at REHCOF, a boutique investment banking firm specializing in Hospitality and Real Estate.
He has over 25 years of experience leading and advising on complex, high-value transactions, including M&A, investment advisory, capital raising, private placements, and IPOs.
Prior to founding REHCOF in 2024, he served as Managing Director at Evercore, where he led the firm’s European Real Estate & Hospitality M&A team based in London. Under his leadership, Evercore advised on some of the most significant European hospitality and real estate M&A transactions and supported leading Middle Eastern investors and SWF in shaping their acquisition strategies in Europe..
He holds an Advanced Corporate Finance Programme certificate from London Business School, an MBA from INCAE Business School, and a Law degree from UCR.
Adrian Constant - Senior Advisor
Adrian is Founding partner at Voyager Hotels, a hotel investment and advisory company established in 2010, and Senior Advisor at REHCOF.
He has over 30 years’ experience in the luxury hotel business from managing single assets to holding senior corporate positions. Last industry specific appointment was Vice President of Orient-Express Hotels for 7 years. During this time, he acquired 70% of the companies EBITDA.
Further he has 15 years in the financial/ private equity /advisory and investing market not only working for some of the world’s biggest names in hospitality investment such as Cerberus and KSL but also as a direct investor and an advisor on major international transactions.
He has had major success in sourcing and delivering a number of high-profile transactions on a global basis and also on more market specific individual transactions.
